By installing, accessing, or using the AI CLI PRO VS Code extension (“the Extension”), you (“User”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Extension and should uninstall it immediately.
AI CLI PRO is a management tool and interface for interacting with third-party command-line interface (CLI) applications and AI services. The Extension acts as a local conduit and orchestrator; it does not provide the AI services themselves.
The Extension facilitates the management of tools developed and maintained by third parties (e.g., Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, Ollama).
The Extension may display certain third-party CLI agents or tools with labels such as “Sponsored,” “Featured,” “Promoted,” or a “Star (⭐)” badge.
THE EXTENSION IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE DEVELOPER DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE EXTENSION WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR UNINTERRUPTED.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DEVELOPER BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE EXTENSION, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY (CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE), EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
AI CLI PRO OPERATES STRICTLY AS A DIRECTORY AND CONDUIT FOR THIRD-PARTY SOFTWARE. IF A USER CHOOSES TO INSTALL OR EXECUTE A SPONSORED AGENT, THEY DO SO AT THEIR OWN INDEPENDENT DISCRETION AND RISK. THE DEVELOPER SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF SPONSORED OR FEATURED TOOLS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO SYSTEM INSTABILITY, DATA LOSS, OR SECURITY VULNERABILITIES. ANY RECOURSE MUST BE SOUGHT DIRECTLY FROM THE THIRD-PARTY PROVIDER.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the developer from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees) arising from: (i) your use of and access to the Extension; (ii) your violation of any term of these Terms of Service; or (iii) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right.
The Extension source code is licensed under the Apache License 2.0. The AI CLI PRO name, logo, and original branding assets are the exclusive intellectual property of the developer. All other title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in and to the Extension (excluding third-party content) remain with the developer. Trademarks and logos related to third-party tools are the property of their respective owners.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Extension (or any part thereof) at any time with or without notice. We also reserve the right to update these Terms of Service. Your continued use of the Extension following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the developer’s jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within that jurisdiction to resolve any dispute or claim arising from these Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with any other legal notices published by us, constitute the entire agreement between you and the developer regarding the Extension.
