## Enforcement & Scope
### Scope
This Code of Conduct applies within all project spaces (issues, discussions, pull requests) and also applies when an individual is representing the project or its community in public spaces. Examples of representing a project or community include using an official project e-mail address, posting via an official social media account, or acting as an appointed representative at an online or offline event.

### Enforcement
Project maintainers are responsible for clarifying the standards of acceptable behavior and are expected to take appropriate and fair corrective action in response to any instances of unacceptable behavior. Maintainers have the right and responsibility to remove, edit, or reject comments, commits, code, wiki edits, issues, and other contributions that are not aligned to this Code of Conduct.

## ⚖️ Legal Disclaimers
1. **No Partnership:** Participation in this community does not create any legal partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship between the participant and the project maintainers.
2. **No Liability:** The project maintainers shall not be held liable for the actions of community members. Each participant is solely responsible for their own conduct.
3. **Finality of Decisions:** Enforcement decisions are made at the sole discretion of the maintainers and are final, subject only to the internal appeals process defined in the [Moderation Policy](MODERATION_POLICY.md).

## Reporting
Instances of abusive, harassing, or otherwise unacceptable behavior may be reported by following the instructions in our [**SECURITY.md**](SECURITY.md). All reports will be reviewed and investigated by the project team.
